Since its release in May 1999, references to Celtic Trance has appeared on more than 400 web sites including radio play lists, CD sales sites, magazine reviews and editorials, general fan reviews and favored CD lists. CD sales sites have invariably given maximum star ratings to the album and it has featured from time to time on many best seller lists.
